What’s It All about, Pelvis?

The Red Flowers In My Wild River … She Want To...

Why do we have such hard lives?  Why is there pain and suffering? Why are we here and what’s it all about?

Let’s see if we can get to some answers.

The first point is to recognize that the Universe is One.  We are always and forever held in Unity.  We are always safe in Source and most importantly, we are Loved.   Love is All.  It is first, last and forever.

The second thing to understand is that we are explorers. We are Self, exploring self. As far as I understand, that’s what it’s all about. Exploring – becoming conscious of self.

While you’re always in Unity consciousness, you are also in duality. And until you understand low frequency, you’ll always rebound into duality. And rebound hard. The hard part is because it usually means either physical or emotional pain.

This subject is perhaps one of the most difficult to “get”, let alone explain, but I’ll break it into bites that I hope will give you what you need to know.  Any time you need clarification, please leave a comment or ask a question.  I don’t know much, but there are some things I do know. I do know that we’re all working on this together .

Another thing I know is that when you learn to consciously move in duality, life goes more smoothly and you’ll experience more joy.

Now about that duality thing. What we need to understand, is that when Unity gets next to our world, it takes the form of two. That is duality.

Our world has a layer of consciousness that is duality.  We are immersed and entangled in the duality of this space. We are still in Unity, but once we are anchored in a physical body, we must also abide by the rules of duality. We must learn to swim in this perception.

So, we are God…   and we are duality. We come from God and are evolving in duality. When we were single cell creatures, we swam in the sea of duality. As we began to form multi-cellular cooperatives, we were in duality. Now as we walk upright and build the structures of our lives, we are living in duality.

There is Moon, Sun  –  night, day  – male, female   – land, water.  All these sets of two.

This place we’ve evolved in has all these distinctions of two. We are immersed in duality. That’s the way this space we are in was constructed.

Our bodies reflect that duality. There are rules here and in order to have a joy-filled life, we must respect that our bodies are hardwired into that duality.

In an earlier blog, I wrote about exploring heart-space. Today, we’re going to investigate the pelvic space and tomorrow will be on the care and feeding of the pelvic space.

As someone recently said to me, until you can get the red and the orange in balance, you won’t be able to go far into the higher states. At least not for long enough to stay there and do any sight seeing.

You must have respect and care for that which actually sustains you and connects you to the planet.  I’m talking about the first two energy centers in your body.  The red and the orange.

The red, base chakra is located at the tail end of the spine.

It influences our immune system, our energy, basic impulses, instincts, endurance and fight or flight reactions. This chakra is the base of the six other Chakras and it deals with the body’s survival including food, shelter and protection.

Relationships in our early life influence the well being of this chakra. It helps to activate our energy and stimulates activity, exercise, action and vitality.

Our early relationships affect how this energy center is working for us. I can tell you that we all experience distortions in our first relationships. If you do the work to understand your family of origin, you will not continue to encounter the problems in your daily life that reflect those distortions.

The second chakra, is situated in the lower abdomen. It’s represented by the color orange.  It is the source of creativity and inspiration. The second chakra is the foundation of the emotional body, it influences our ability to feel emotions, sensations and atmospheres, and controls our ability to let go of our emotions. The second chakra influences our sexuality and sensuality, physical force, sexual and ardent love, open-mindedness and our ability to yield and cooperate with other people.

When the sacral plexus chakra is performing correctly, you will feel healthy, open, friendly, imaginative and creative.

If this chakra is not working properly it will cause negative influences in the physical.  This is seen as emotional problems or sexual guilt, and excesses in food, sex and drugs.

Many of us have not moved far from being in survival mode.  You can see that any where, any time, in everyone around you. Some people seem so stuck in their duality reality that they are in tremendous pain and desperation. They are drowning in duality.

So, what got distorted in your childhood?  What parts of your life are still spinning in muck?  What do you need to acknowledge so you can shift gears and gain traction?

And when we work on our own stuff, we work on it for everyone. This is not survival of the fittest, it’s sink or swim for all of us.  As we work on becoming conscious for ourselves, we’re working on becoming conscious for everyone else.  By becoming enlightened, we bring light to everyone. For we are all cells in the same body,  always in Unity.
